What you need
egg

cup cornmeal

cup dairy free milk

tbsp honey

cup gluten free flour
tsp salt
Instructions
1: Combine egg, milk, olive oil and honey in a large bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. 2: Add in flour, cornmeal and salt and mix until batter is smooth and no clumps remain. 3: Add 2 inches of oil to a large pot over medium high heat and bring to 375°F. 4: Skewer several hot dogs and set aside. 5: Dip hot dogs into batter one at a time until coated evenly and allow any excess batter to drip off. 6: Quickly transfer the coated hot dogs to the hot oil. 7: Fry until dark golden brown, about 5 minutes, then remove from oil and set aside to cool before eating.View original recipe
