Delicious fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs basted in a tangy balsamic BBQ sauce, perfect for grilling season. The ribs are made tender in the oven and then given a quick sear on the grill for a crunchy finish.
 Preheat oven to 350°F.
To make the dry rub, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well.
Pat ribs dry with a paper towel then season all sides with salt.
Sprinkle dry rub over ribs and rub evenly all over.
Wrap ribs tightly in several layers of tin foil then place on a baking sheet meat side up.
Cook for 2-2 ½ hours until the meat is tender and falling off of the bone.
To make the balsamic BBQ sauce, combine ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring regularly.
Reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce has thickened and reduced by at least half, about 15-20 minutes.
Heat grill to medium-high heat and remove ribs from the oven.
Brush ribs with BBQ sauce then sear on the grill for several minutes until lightly charred in areas, basting once with BBQ sauce while on the grill.
