BBQ Balsamic Glazed Meatloaf

1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

2: Combine all meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl and mix well until thoroughly combined.

3: Transfer the meatloaf mixture into a loaf pan.

4: Bake for about 50-60 minutes until internal temperature hits 145°F.

5: To make the BBQ balsamic glaze, combine BBQ sauce and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl and mix well.

6: Remove meatloaf from the oven and adjust oven racks to place meatloaf under the broiler.

7: Turn broiler to high and baste the top of the meatloaf with BBQ glaze.

8: Return to oven and broil until the BBQ sauce has caramelized but not burned, about 5 minutes.

9: Allow meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
