This BBQ pulled pork is seasoned with a smoky spice rub, slow-braised, and tossed in BBQ sauce for a sweet finish. Perfect for gluten-free and dairy-free diets.
 Preheat oven to 350°F.
Set aside 3 tbsp dry rub and use the remainder to season pork all over.
Add oil to pan over medium heat and sear pork on all sides.
Remove pork from pan and deglaze with bone broth, scraping off any stuck seasoning.
Mix in soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and 3 tbsp dry rub.
Return pork to the pan, cover, and braise for 3 hours until tender.
If meat is too tough, return it to the oven and braise for an additional 30 minutes.
Shred meat and mix into juices, then return to oven uncovered and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and drain off excess liquid.
Toss in BBQ sauce and serve.
