This salmon is crispy, mildly sweet, and a tiny bit spicy, topped with a fresh tangy cilantro jalapeño sauce. Perfect for summer vibes even when the weather doesn't cooperate!
To make cilantro jalapeño sauce, combine cilantro, crema, lime juice, jalapeño, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 cup olive oil and apple cider vinegar in a food processor and blend until smooth.
 Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine 2 tsp salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, red pepper flakes, 3 tbsp olive oil and honey in a bowl and mix well until you have a thick paste.
Season salmon with coarse salt then brush with honey glaze mixture.
Add a generous amount of olive oil to a skillet in order to prevent fish from sticking and heat over medium-high heat until oil is shimmery.
Add fish skin side up and cook until a nice char is formed, about 4 minutes.
Flip to skin side down and cook for an additional 13-18 minutes in the oven to desired doneness.
Transfer to serving dish and drizzle with cilantro jalapeño crema.
