A simple method to dehydrate citrus fruits for holiday cocktails and gift decoration. Slicing oranges, blood oranges, limes, lemons, and grapefruits, then baking them until dried creates a delightful garnish that can be stored for up to a year.
 Preheat oven to 200°F.
Slice citrus as thin as possible using a mandoline or sharp knife.
Place citrus slices in rows on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
 Dust lightly with cinnamon (optional).
 Bake for 2 hours.
Flip the fruit over and bake for an additional 2 hours.
Check both sides after 4 hours to ensure the fruit is fully dried out.
If not dried completely, return to oven and check every 30 minutes until dehydrated.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one year.
