A delicious dinner featuring perfectly cooked halibut with steamed veggies and herby orzo, all packed in parchment for no cleanup. This meal brings together fresh ingredients and simple preparation for a delightful dining experience.
 Preheat oven to 425°F.
Take a 9”x13” sheet of parchment paper and layer orzo, half of your garlic, 1 tbsp parsley, and onions to one side of the parchment.
Season with salt and pepper then add two thin slices of butter and top with two lemon slices.
Add cherry tomatoes around the edges of the orzo then drizzle lemons and tomatoes with olive oil.
In a small bowl, whisk together one egg with 1 tbsp water to make an egg wash.
Brush the egg wash around the edges of the parchment paper and fold over.
Press all of the edges together then begin folding at one of the creased corners, fold a triangle over, then fold your next triangle beginning midway along your previous triangle.
Continue in this manner until you reach the other side of the parchment, making the tightest triangles possible to keep the packet sealed.
Lift the open corner of your parchment packet and carefully pour in your water then twist the end closed tightly and lay flat on a baking sheet or in a baking pan.
Bake orzo and veggies for an appropriate time, then remove from the oven and open packet.
Add fish, season generously with salt and pepper and top with remaining garlic, parsley, and lemon slices.
Add asparagus to sides of fish then drizzle fish and asparagus with olive oil.
Close packet up again using the same method as before and bake an additional 10-12 minutes depending on the thickness of your fish.
Remove from the oven and serve with a lemon wedge.
