Honey Mustard Chicken

1: Combine marinade ingredients (whole grain mustard, dijon mustard, honey, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt) together in a small bowl and mix well.

2: Set aside 1/4 of the marinade for later.

3: Pour remaining 3/4 of the marinade over the chicken and toss until evenly coated.

4: Refrigerate and allow the chicken to marinate for at least 1 hour up to 8 hours.

5: Heat grill or grill pan to medium high heat, oil grates to prevent sticking.

6: If using a stovetop, heat olive oil over the pan.

7: Add chicken to hot grill or pan and cover.

8: Cook until seared on both sides and internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 16-20 minutes.

9: Baste chicken with reserved marinade once on each side before removing from the heat.

10: Allow chicken to rest for ten minutes before slicing.
